This section provides answers to questions frequently asked by Roots & Sculpture customers. We have also taken the opportunity to provide answers to questions we think you should be asking!
1. When will my goods be despatched?
Most goods are despatched by 1st class Recorded delivery on the same day if the order is received before 4pm on weekdays. If received after 4pm then they will be despatched on the next working day.
2. What methods of delivery do you use?
All goods are despatched by 1st class recorded delivery. This means all orders will have to be signed for on receipt. International Signed For is used for orders outside of the EU. NB: Orders over 2 kgs will be split into 2 or more packages as necessary to keep postage costs down.
3. Can I track my goods?
Yes, by logging onto www.rootsandsculpture.co.uk and entering your order number. This will tell you if your goods have been despatched. A tracking number is available on requested once the goods have been despatched.
4. Will you replace items if I’ve changed my mind?
Provided the goods are unopened and unused we are happy to replace items. If there is a price difference you will be expected to pay the difference before we send the replacement. If the price of the replacement is less than your original order we will allocate this difference towards the cost of postage.
5. What if the item(s) I’ve ordered is out of stock?
If one or more of your order is out of stock, we despatch the items in stock and inform you that the item is to follow. You will have the option of cancelling the missing item if you do not wish to wait.
6. How can I spend more money with Roots & Sculpture?
Excellent question! Spending more than you planned to with Roots & Sculpture is easy; simply enter a higher number in the ‘Quantity’ box (try ‘6’ or ‘12’) next to each of the products in your shopping cart. Alternatively, why not order items you don’t really need!
